A Career with Eason Realty
Welcome to the Real Estate Business model for the 21st
century. At Eason Realty, we have created a fabulous new future
for Sales Representatives, which gives you the opportunity for an
outstanding residual income. Residual Income is income that only
has to be earned once and pays regularly each month without having
to re-earn the income each month. Below is Eason Realty’s
competitive compensation schedule with our new residual income schedule.
Compensation Schedule: 60/40 Split. The Sales Representative
will receive 60% and 40% to the Broker of all closed commissions.
After the Sales Representative has earned $50,000.00 gross commissions
total, Sales Representative will receive 100% of commissions earned
for the remainder of the year. There will be a $500.00 administration
fee paid by the Sales Representative to the Broker on each closing
during the time the Sales Representative is being paid 100% of collected
commissions. The 60/40 split shall start over on the Sales Representative’s
anniversary date each year.
Residual Income Schedule: The Broker shall pay Sales Representative
$100.00 for each closing of each agent that the Sales Representative
has helped recruit to Eason Realty. Sales Representative must register
each recruited agent with broker before Eason Realty hires agent.
The Sales Representative and recruited agent must remain active
agents with Eason Realty. The Sales Representative must sell twelve
(12) units each year to qualify for the residual income for the
following year. In the event the Sales Representative does not qualify
one year, the residual income drops to $50.00 per closing for the
next year. If the Sales Representative does not sell twelve (12)
units the second year, the residual income will drop to zero for
the third year, until the Sales Representative sells twelve (12)
units in a twelve (12) month period. At that time, the residual
income will resume at $100.00 per closing.
Advertising and Promotion of Sales Representative and Sales
Representative's listings: With each commission Eason Realty earns
in excessive of $2,500 from a Sales Representative's closing, Eason
Realty will take out $500.00 of Eason Realty's commission portion
and put it into an advertising and promotion account for that Sales
Representative. The Broker and Sales Representative will decide
together the best way this money is to be spent. Once the agent
starts earning 100% of their commissions, the agent will be responsible
for all advertising and promotion.
No Realtor Dues: No franchise fees, no desk fees. The Sales
Representative will be required to maintain membership in the GA
MLS and any local MLS that the Broker is a member of.
